The 8th Latin American Retail Conference (CLAV) aims to promote the generation, sharing and dissemination of knowledge in retail, in all its dimensions and perspectives. The conference will serve as a catalyst for the knowledge generation in retail, integrating the conceptual perspective to what is relevant for practitioners.

The event aims to encourage the involvement of the Brazilian, Latin American and international retailing academic community (researchers, faculty, graduate and undergraduate students) as well as industry practitioners, to promote greater coordination in the research process and dissemination of knowledge related to retail.
Due to the growing importance of emerging markets in the global context, both in academia and in business environment, a greater focus will be given to this subject.

The best scientific papers (full text) will be considered for publication in RAE (Revista de Administração de Empresas) Retail Forum edition.

Extended deadline for the submission of papers: 20th July 2015

This year there is a special session for non scientific (executive) articles.
